The problem with water weight loss is that it’s not a long-term solution. As soon as you begin eating and drinking normally, that weight and those centimeters come right back.

Do Diuretics Help with Weight Loss?

Similarly, diuretics are also not effective weight loss supplements. Diuretics help your body eliminate excess water through the urine only for as long as you’re using the supplements. This results in water weight loss that will come right back at cessation.
