Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 350F and put parchment paper on a baking sheet.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  4. Divide the mixture into 15 portions. Put a large spoonful of the mixture on the baking sheet and round out to be about 1/2 inch thick per cookie.
  5. Bake for 8 minutes.
  6. Let cool and then enjoy!
