Covid-19 (Coronavirus) Statement from the CEO
Here at Supplement Superstore your health is our priority and during this uncertain time we are taking additional precautions to ensure that we are keeping you, our customers, as well as our employees safe during the Covid-19 (Coronavirus) epidemic.
Any employees who are able to work remotely have done so and are still able to offer the same level of customer service you have come to expect. Being an e-commerce company many of our systems allow us to work remotely in any case so we have been able to offer zero service interruptions at this time.
For our warehouse employees we have introduced additional measures to ensure their safety and yours. This includes working rotational shifts to promote social distancing, as well as providing our staff with biodegradable disposable gloves for use when picking and packing orders.
New product coming into our warehouse at this time has also been screened and we work closely with our brand partners to ensure their facilities meet our standards before any new product is shipped. We are also working closely with our shipping partners, Canada Post and FedEx to ensure limited contact between our employees and theirs during our pick-ups, as well as monitoring their shipping processes to ensure you, and our employees are kept safe.
