Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of you receiving your order. Before returning any items, please email us at hello@supplementsuperstore.ca so we can assist you in this process. Failure to do this may result in your return being delayed.

Any returned items due to them no longer being wanted must not be opened or tampered with in any way. As per our manufacturers/suppliers any returns due to issues with the product must be returned with no more than 10% of the product used. Any promotional items received with your order must also be included in any return. Any promotional items missing will be deducted from your return at full price. Please include a copy of your order sheet with your return so we know who is making the return.

If you are returning clothing due to sizing or fit, clothing must be clean and un-worn. If this is not the case your return maybe refused.

Please note any shipping costs incurred with the return are the sole responsibility of the person(s) returning the items. A restocking fee equal to the cost of the original shipping amount, plus 5% of the total order will be subtracted from a return before any refund will be issued. Alternatively, the restocking fee is waived if you choose to take a the balance of your return as a gift certificate (redeemable online and in-store). 

Alternatively, you can return your items to our warehouse store, at the address above, where one of our sales associates will be able to assist you. In such cases, a store credit will be issued.

Damaged During Shipping

Upon receiving your order please ensure you check all the products thoroughly for any damage or compromises in the packaging. In the rare occurrence that your order was damaged during shipping, please email hello@supplementsuperstore.cawithin 24 hours with your order number and photos of your order, including packaging, so we can assist your claim.

Once we are satisfied the product was damaged during shipping we will send replacement product and arrange to have the offending item(s) shipped back to us.

In these cases, please do not dispose of any packing or product until instructed. Our shippers have to be notified and a claim processed with them and they may require additional information on the damages. If this is not adhered to your claim maybe voided.


We carefully check every shipment leaving to ensure you receive the highest quality product possible, however if you receive expired product by accident please let us know immediately by emailing hello@supplementsuperstore.ca so we can redress the issue.

In some instances we may sell product that is close to expiry. In such cases these products will be marked with the expiry on the product page and may be discounted to reflect this. In such cases these products are final sale and non-returnable.
