Shipping Information

Who Do We Ship With?

We use Canada Post for all orders across North America. Orders are shipped from our warehouse location in Burlington, Ontario, Canada.

Packages are shipped using Canada Post’s Expedited Parcel service. If you would like to receive your package faster we can ship your order using Canada Post’s XpressPost option, or FedEx Ground service. These options will be available to select for an additional cost at checkout.

Shipping Times

Orders received before 3pm EST will be shipped out the same business day from our warehouse in Burlington, Ontario, Canada.* Please refer to our guide below for approximate shipping times to your area.**

Saturdays, Sundays and statutory holidays are not considered business days by Canada Post and any orders received on these days will be shipped on the subsequent business day.

* While we do our best to ensure all orders go out on the same business day if your order is received by 3pm EST we are unable to guarantee this if we are experiencing higher than normal order volume. Periods of high order volume may be typical sale times such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day/Week and New Year although not limited to only those days.

** These times can be adversely affected by weather conditions and or situations beyond our control with Canada Post.

We offer various free shipping options depending on your location*, all free shipping thresholds are amounts needed before tax due to the varying tax rates in each province and territory.

Any order to the U.S. is charged a flat rate of $19.99.

* Please note that due to the geography and limited access to some areas of Canada we cannot guarantee free shipping on all orders. If an order is of excessive weight or is being shipped to a rural area these will require additional shipping charges that are levied by Canada Post. In such cases you will be contacted by one of our team members who will be able to assist in completing your order. No orders will be processed with additional charges without your permission.

Some items which are heavier or bulkier may include a shipping charge, these items will be marked on product page and applied at the shipping portion of the checkout. These are typically, but not limited to, energy drink products and ready to drink style protein shakes.

Your Shipping Information

In order to ensure shipping accuracy and your order being delivered in a timely manner please ensure your full address is inputted correctly when checking out. In such cases that the address was entered incorrectly your package will automatically be returned to us as it will be marked as “Undelivered” by Canada Post. At this point we will charge an additional fee before the address correction can be made since we are still charged by Canada Post for any returned orders. Once an order has been picked up we are unable to adjust any shipping information. If it has not left our facility we will be able to adjust your shipping information, however this may result in additional delays in receiving your order.

If you are not home when your package is delivered Canada Post may “Safe Drop” your order or a pick up slip may be left. This slip can then be used to claim your package from your nearest Canada Post outlet which are often located in Shoppers Drug Mart stores.

Once your order has been dispatched you can customize your delivery preference if you wish using your tracking number provided. This includes requesting your order being left at the front door, side door, garage, front desk/superintendent (for apartment buildings), or delivered directly to your local post office. This option cannot be selected by us and must be done by the receiver due to the nature of Canada Post's terms and conditions.

Tracking Your Shipment

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email or SMS text message notifying you of your tracking number.

In order to track your package you can click the tracking number or link within the e-mail or go to www.CanadaPost.ca and input your tracking number.

Mis-deliveries

If your package has been marked as delivered according to the tracking information please allow an additional 48 hours for delivery. In some areas Canada Post’s system has been prematurely updated before the package has actually been delivered. If your package has not arrived after 48 hours, please contact us at hello@supplementsuperstore.ca to verify your order and shipping information so we can start a trace with Canada Post.
