How Much Will It Cost?
We can offer free shipping on orders over $99 before tax. Orders under $99 are charged a flat rate fee of $9.99.*
Any order to the U.S. is charged a flat rate of $19.99.
* Please note that due to the geography and limited access to some areas of Canada we cannot guarantee free shipping on all orders. If an order is of excessive weight or is being shipped to a rural area these will require additional shipping charges that are levied by Canada Post. In such cases you will be contacted by one of our team members who will be able to assist in completing your order. No orders will be processed with additional charges without your permission.
Who Do We Ship With?
We use Canada Post for all orders across North America. Orders are shipped from our warehouse location in Burlington, Ontario, Canada.
Packages are shipping using Canada Post’s Expedited Parcel service. If you would like to receive your package faster we can ship your order using Canada Post’s XpressPost option, this will be available at an additional cost at checkout. The XpressPost option is discounted to account for the free shipping your order would have received should you have picked this option.
Your Shipping Information
In order to ensure shipping accuracy and your order being delivered in a timely manner please ensure your full address is inputted correctly when checking out. In such cases that the address was entered incorrectly your package will automatically be returned to us as it will be marked as “Undelivered” by Canada Post. At this point we will charge an additional fee before the address correction can be made since we are still charged by Canada Post for any returned orders. Once an order has been picked up we are unable to adjust any shipping information. If it has not left our facility we will be able to adjust your shipping information, however this may result in additional delays receiving your order.
For the security of your order, we notify Canada Post to not “Safe Drop” packages. If you are not home when your package is delivered a pick up slip will be left. This slip can then be used to claim your package from your nearest Canada Post outlet.
Orders received before 3pm EST will be shipped out the same business day from our warehouse in Burlington, Ontario, Canada.* Please refer to our guide below for approximate shipping times to your area.**
Saturdays, Sundays and statutory holidays are not considered business days by Canada Post and any orders received on these days will be shipped on the subsequent business day.
* While we do our best to ensure all orders go out on the same business day if your order is received by 3pm EST we are unable to guarantee this if we are experiencing higher than normal order volume.
** These times can be adversely affected by weather conditions and or situations beyond our control with Canada Post.

Tracking Your Shipment
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email or SMS text message notifying you of your tracking number.
In order to track your package, please go to www.CanadaPost.ca, and input your tracking number.
If your package has been marked as delivered according to the tracking information please allow an additional 48 hours for delivery. In some areas Canada Post’s system has been prematurely updated before the package has actually been delivered. If your package has not arrived after 48 hours, please contact us at email@example.com to verify your order and shipping information so we can start a trace with Canada Post.
